full story.Jeremy Quastana is a young Loire Valley producer who organically farms small plots of red grapes like pinot noir and gamay. He makes this wine from the latter. Having previously worked at Marcel Lapierre in Beaujolais, Jeremy is deeply familiar with gamay, and it shows in this bright and easy-drinking chilled red.
Tastes like: Raspberry, violets, Juicy Fruit.
How to drink: Chilled with pizza, Peking duck, or charcuterie.
