You’ll be charged when you first join, and then again on the same day of your original purchase at the frequency you’ve selected. If you join on the 7th, you’ll be charged on the 7th in subsequent periods.
We’ll ship your first order within 1–2 business days of joining. Depending on your location, UPS typically delivers within 2–6 business days after that.
Shipping costs vary based on your location and are calculated during checkout once you enter your address. If you live near our Poulsbo shop, you can always select free in-store pickup instead.

Absolutely. Select store pickup at checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready. Our address is 18850 Front St NE, Suite 100B, Poulsbo, WA 98370. We’re open Wed–Thu 1–7pm, Fri 1–9pm, Sat 12–9pm, Sun 12–7pm.
