About This Wine
The
full story.Named after the song "Lanyard Loop" by guitarist Allan Holdsworth, this dry sparkling wine has notes of orange cream soda, tangerine, and lime. The finish is full-bodied and fresh. Pair with charcuterie or soft cheeses.
Pinot Gris pomace was hydrated with early-picked Aligoté from Moeller Vineyard. After a short maceration, the pomace was pressed and fermented in a stainless steel tank. Fermentation was finished in bottle. The wine was disgorged by hand in summer 2023.
