Gold in color, this skin ferment Moscato is clean with fine tannins, flavors of tangerine, menthol, and spice.

The grapes spend a week on the skins in concrete tanks for fermentation before moving to neutral oak for 1 year of aging with monthly stirring of the lees. Fermentation is spontaneous, no additives are used, and the wine is bottled unfined & unfiltered.
