From Jean-Yves Millaire: This wine is called "orange" because it is vinified like a red wine but with white grapes, here Fié Gris. We let the grapes macerate for several weeks in the juice, then it is the tannins contained in the skin that will give this amber color and this structure. This wine with pretty little bitters and slightly spicy will go very well with a tagine with dried fruits, scallops with orange caramel, and comté.
