Brianne Day's flagship red — the house wine she'd pour every night if she could. An 82/18 blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay Noir from organically farmed Willamette Valley vineyards. Half whole cluster, half destemmed, with partial carbonic maceration to drive that signature crunchy, bright red fruit profile. Fermented with native yeasts, pressed to a combination of neutral French oak and stainless steel for short maturation before bottling. Minimal SO2 added. 91 points, Wine Enthusiast (Michael Alberty). Pairs perfectly with rich, fatty, savory foods its bright acidity can cut through — cold pizza, smashed burgers, shawarma, warm lamb salad. Drink within 2–5 years.
