Vin de Days Blanc

Brianne Day's flagship white — a love letter to Alsace, made in Oregon. Sourced from five organically farmed Willamette Valley vineyards, each picked at a different moment of optimal ripeness: some for aromatics, some for acidity, some for fruit. The 2024 is 27% Pinot Blanc, 22% Müller-Thurgau, 19% Riesling, 16% Pinot Gris, and 16% Muscat. Grapes are direct-pressed into stainless steel without sulfur addition and settled 24 hours before racking. Co-fermented as a blend sequentially — each varietal added into the same tank to build yeast culture with fresh sugars — then allowed to complete malolactic fermentation naturally. Aged a few months in stainless steel. Bottled filtered with minimal sulfur. Designed to drink young, drink often, and drink with everyone.
