Bbirbiciú Testa di Ghiaca is heady, aromatic, intensely concentrated, and floral, with lychee, ripe tropical fruits, exotic, spicy, and saline on the palate. The wine is dry and tightly wound, with a very long finish. Pretty wild, enjoy within a few hours of opening. Zibibbo in the muscat family.
