About This Wine
The
full story.This Pino Gris has a beautiful, pastel pink colour with peach undertones and has far more complexity in the nose (dewy rose petals, red berries like Oregon strawberries, and even a hint of watermelon) and mouth than ordinary white Pinot gris/Pinot grigio. It has more structure and power than the white, but drinks more like a rosé than a Pinot. The 2019 Weber gris has an alpine feel to it. It has a fine, silken texture, and is refreshing.
