A project by two young Georgian sisters, Baia and Gvantsa, following the family tradition, with each focusing on different local varieties. In this case the grape is Aladasturi, a grape used for both wine and table grape purposes. A super clean Pet-Nat with peach, strawberries, bitter watermelon, nectarine, dried roses and blood oranges. The color in the glass is ruby grapefruitesque, with bitter rhubarb and hibiscus flavors framed by intense and balanced acidity.
