full story.Vivid ruby red, the nose is intense and fruity with sensations of violet and cherry. The palate is dry & slightly tannic.
This particular Chianti is 90% Sangiovese with the addition of a little Canaiolo and Ciliegiolo. It is matured in stainless steel tanks for up to 8 months. Great all-rounder with cold meats and mature cheeses.
