Adernats is one of the gems coming out of Vinicola Nulles. The longstanding Cooperative which briings together 90 growers from the town of Nulles, who use their traditional underground vats and wine cellars whilst embracing modern approaches to winemaking. This delicious Cava is ‘Brut Nature’ therefore no sugar is added during the winemaking process, the wine is bright and fresh and takes all its ripeness and texture from the fruit forward grape varieties and the 24 months of ageing on the lees.
