Vinification: This 100% Pinot Gris is all about keeping it fresh and fun. Foot-stomped and left to macerate on the skins for just one day, it picks up a delicate blush hue and a touch of texture. At a chill 9.8% ABV, this wine is the epitome of easy drinking—light, vibrant, and dangerously refreshing.

Think wild strawberries, watermelon rind, and pink grapefruit, with a zippy burst of lime zest and a subtle mineral edge. The bright acidity keeps it lively, while the low alcohol makes it perfect for long afternoons, good company, and whatever rebellious plans follow.
