About This Wine

The

full story.

This beautiful sparkling rosato is made up mostly of Moscato that begins fermentation in concrete, along with a dash of Freisa that lends colour and amaro-like bitters. It is bottled with a little must from the same harvest to produce a pale, pink wine of gentle fizz that carries delicate notes of red berries, blood orange and herbs.
