Strong fruity aromas with lots of damp earth and mushroom in the background. Very smooth, dry, medium body and a 200-grit texture. Powerful ripe tart pie cherry, plum and anise flavors, well balanced fresh acidity and slightly grippy tannins with a medium-length tart finish.
