From the skillful labour of lively winemaker Andreas Ziniel, Weingut Ziniel is a free spirited winery that encompasses 16 hectares of organically kept land at the lowest point in Austria (called Zicksee!). The name Zini comes from the family (Ziniel) nickname, and they say their goal was to make a few playful cuvées out of fun regional grapes. The highly aromatic st. laurent and tartly-fruited rotburger experience a 30-day skin contact before being gently pressed off for silky, lightweight tannins. An exceptional balance of earth and fruit: blackcurrant stains, paprika dose, purple plum, mossy roots, Amarena cherry & a salty olive. Enjoy alongside a BBQ.
