Shipping costs vary based on destination. To calculate shipping, please add items to your cart and begin the checkout process. A real time shipping rate will be presented to you upon entering your shipping address. We ship all wine via UPS Ground which can take 2-5 business days to arrive depending on the destination.
Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Kentucky, Mississippi, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, and West Virginia. We Do not currently ship to Canada.
Our delivery carriers (UPS & FedEx) require that an individual over the age of 21 be present to accept your wine delivery. Unfortunately, the carrier will not leave your wine at your door if an adult is not present to accept your delivery. The carrier will make two additional attempts to deliver your package.
If the delivery carrier is unable to collect an adult signature and deliver your wine order, the carrier will return the shipment to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund you the shipping charges. We will refund you the cost of the wine plus tax, less a $15-$20 returned shipment fee. The cost of this fee varies depending on the delivery carrier. If you’d like us to re-ship your order, we will need to charge you for the additional shipping costs.
We are not responsible for heat damaged wine.
We will accept unopened wine returns within 30 days after your purchase.
We will accept unopened wine returns within 30 days after your purchase, however you are responsible for the costs of return shipping. We will refund you the cost of the wine plus tax within 2 business days of receiving your undamaged/unopened return.
