This vintage was pressed whole cluster and then fermented and aged in primarily neutral French oak barrels and a large concrete egg. The glass fills with aromas of sea mist, evening jasmine, subtle perfume, ripe lemon, tangerine twists, and white nectarine. Sweet-textured tannins and mouth watering acidity create a mouthfeel that is full and rich, while refreshing.
