From The Marigny: For 2023 we’re introducing a slightly different vision for our rosé, by adding 10% Chardonnay and 10% Sauvignon blanc to the blend. This makes for lifted aromatics and an extra boost of mineral tension. We only made a tiny amount of this one as well, so get it now before it’s gone for good! Fruit: Organically-farmed Pinot noir (without certification), organically-farmed Chardonnay (without certification), sustainably-farmed Sauvignon blanc Vinification: Direct to press with juice going to older, neutral French oak barrels for fermentation and élevage.
