Poolz #2

The rosé counterpart to Poolz #1, this Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris blend from Willamette Valley is just as easygoing but with a bit more structure and a gorgeous pale copper color. Swick presses the grapes with minimal skin contact before native yeast fermentation, leaving the wine dry, bright, and refreshingly saline. Red cherry, dried rose petal, and a light grip of tannin on the finish give it enough interest to hold up at the table while still being completely effortless on its own. It’s the kind of rosé that makes you realize you don’t need a French label to have a great glass of pink wine.
