This Penedès white wine is from the Can Suriol winery's side label of wines called 'Azimut,' their lo-fi brand that's dedicated to fresh, slightly funkier versions of the Catalan native varieties they farm. This white is a blend of Xarel.lo, Grenache Blanc, Macabeu and Malvasia, with a light body and lots of Starburst-esque varieties of yellow and pink fruit. Easygoing, lightly waxy, fresh and fun.
