Nothing added anywhere and semi-carbonic macerations create unique wines that tell a story.This vintage is all cabernet franc half pressed and half run off juice to create a lightness that has built up wonderful balace after spending 18 months in barrel. Well balanced, silky, earthy, a bit funky, and just enough acid to keep you sipping.
