About This Wine
The
full story. From a fifth-generation family estate in the medieval Alsatian village of Dambach-la-Ville — where family roots date back to 1688 — 'Cui Cui' (French for 'tweet tweet,' the sound of birds) is a delightful Crémant made by the mother-daughter duo Laurence and Juliette Nartz. A classic blend of sustainably farmed Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois, Riesling, and Pinot Gris, hand-harvested and gently pressed, then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel before a secondary fermentation via méthode traditionnelle with a minimum 12 months on the lees. A small 5–6 g/L dosage adds just a touch of roundness to the crisp, mineral-driven finish. Effervescent, thirst-quenching, and utterly charming.
