About This Wine
The
full story.From Caleb Leisure: This comes from the same vineyard as the Other Hand cuvée. This is my closest source to the winery, just a 10 minute drive into the hills of Alexander Valley. The yields are incredibly low, the berries small and concentrated. Organic and dry-farmed.
TASTING NOTES: Bright red fruit, spice, electric acidity
PRODUCTION NOTES: Stomped, pressed within the hour. Fermented in clay and stainless, elevage in stainless. 1 year in bottle before release.
