About This Wine
The
full story. From brothers Andrés and Ramón Serrano of Bodegas Navarrsotillo, whose family has dry-farmed certified organic and Demeter biodynamic vineyards in Navarra and Rioja since 1998. The 'Gaupasa' — Basque for 'wildcat' — is made from Garnacha Blanca grown in their Peralta estate in Navarra at altitude, hand-picked at night to preserve freshness. The grapes are destemmed and native-fermented on skins for 12 days in stainless steel, producing this vibrant orange wine with real textural grip and tropical complexity. Minimal SO₂ additions within Demeter biodynamic guidelines only. An exceptional value entry into skin-contact wine.
