A bone-dry rose Lambrusco from an organic winery. This is made in the rustic style utilizing a secondary fermentation in bottle, and while disgorged not completely clear, leaving some hazy yeastiness in the wine. Very sharp cranberry-toned flavor and a barnyardy finish. Made without sulfite additions.
