full story.Jean-Marie Rimbert is the self-proclaimed defender of the Carignan in the Languedoc, but his intimate knowledge of the vineyards allows him to make a great Cinsault that is easy, approachable, playful, and a real pleasure. Carbonic with bright red and black fruits, plum skins and crushable fruit juice. 100% Cinsault organic from Saint-Chinian. Cousin Oscar (irresistible to the ladies) is a fun, summer, thirst-quenching red Jean-Marie made for fun. Drink lightly chilled.
