'È Rosso' is their vino del popolo: 'It's Red' — a wine for pouring generously without ceremony. 100% Barbera, hand-harvested into small bins, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, 10 days maceration, aged one year in 100hl cement tanks. Bottled with minimal sulfur (~10ppm), unfined, unfiltered. Sold in a 1 liter bottle with a crown cap. The crown cap is a statement: this wine is meant to be opened and finished.
