Volpina Corvina

The Rezzadore family has farmed their 12 hectares of organically certified vines in Lonigo, in the heart of the Colli Berici hills south of Vicenza, since the 17th century. Giuseppe Rezzadore oversees winemaking while his brother Luca works the vineyards. Their land is an ancient seabed of compacted fossils, shells, sand, and mud — high-draining soils that produce ripe, mineral, complex wines. The Volpina Corvina is sourced from a friend's sustainably farmed 3-hectare plot in the Alpone Valley, Veneto. Destemmed and fermented in stainless steel at 22°C to maintain freshness; twice-daily remontage and delestage for minimal extraction. Six months élevage in stainless before filling.
