full story.Domaine Rochebin is a 50-hectare sustainably farmed estate in Azé, in the heart of the Mâconnais, established in 1925. Winemaker Mickaël Marillier — the third generation of the Marillier family — leads with a 'can do' spirit and a commitment to low-intervention winemaking that respects the region's traditions. Hérisson ('hedgehog') is the Communal Brands label designed for premium bag-in-box. The Blanc is 100% Chardonnay from sustainably farmed Beaujolais-Villages vineyards, pressed and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel.
