Andiamo

Buona Notte is Italian wine, made naturally, born in the Columbia Gorge in 2016. Founded by winemaker Graham Markel, whose passion is rooted in Italian winemaking traditions applied to exceptional Pacific Northwest fruit. The winery produces around 2,500 cases annually across 10 varietals using entirely natural methods: organic farming, early harvesting for fresh acidity, native yeasts, and neutral vessel aging. 'Andiamo' (Italian for 'let's go') is a Merlot sourced from the steeply sloped Hillside Vineyard on the backside of The Dalles, Oregon — deep alluvial soils that translate into deep purple-black fruit and classic Gorge dustiness. Fermented and aged in neutral vessels. Minimal SO2.
