About This Wine
The
full story.Human Cellars is a McMinnville-based project founded on the biodynamic principle that human, vineyard, and nature have equal influence on each other. Founded by Bryan and Emily, each wine is named after a concept meaningful to someone extraordinary. 'Zuhause' means 'at home' in German — evoking warmth, comfort, and belonging. Made from Gamay Noir grown in the cool McMinnville AVA, fermented with native yeasts, and produced with minimal intervention in the spirit of natural Beaujolais. Low-input organic farming and bare minimum cellar practices let the terroir speak without background noise. Micro-doses of sulfur only.
