About This Wine
The
full story.100% Sauvignon Blanc from 20-40 years old, partly very steep vineyards from the Witscheiner Herrenberg and Ratscher Nussberg, which each grow on sandy marl and gravel soils, also called Opok. In total, the Sauvignon Blanc 2018 experiences a 2-day mash standing time including stems, the aging takes place in the stainless steel tank. In spring 2022 after three years on the fine yeast unsulfurized and unfiltered bottled - nothing added, nothing removed. It is remarkable what vitality and filigranity the wines of the Rebenhof Naturweine have, which is simply fun to drink and is infinitely elegant. Brilliant fabric!
