From Harkamp: Our Pet Nat moves far away from any mainstream. Before obtaining its natural effervescence through the Méthode Ancestrale, it ferments on the mash for 1 week. Fine bubbles, lively and delicate tannins, and a refreshing acidity mentally free one from all conventions. A very delicately yeasty nose, paired with various aromas of citrus fruits and slightly herbal notes. You’ll find grapefruit, lime, but also hints of elderflower and kumquat. Full of energy, with a good amount of pressure on the palate, light-footed, and fresh.
