Our packages are priced per person and vary based on your tier selections, guest count, and the day of the week. We quote everything individually to make sure it’s genuinely right for your group — not a one-size-fits-all number. Send us an enquiry and we’ll have a full, itemized quote back to you within 48 hours.
No. There is no room hire fee at Preservation. Your event spend — beverages, food, dessert, and any add-ons across all guests — just needs to meet the spend minimum for the night you choose. Everything is bundled into your package costs.
Outside food and alcohol are strictly prohibited. All food and beverages served at your event must come from Preservation. This ensures quality and consistency, and keeps us compliant with our liquor license.
We require a minimum of 14 days’ lead time for private events. Fridays and Saturdays book furthest in advance — we’d recommend reaching out 4–6 weeks ahead if you have a specific date in mind.
A 50% deposit is due at booking to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Both are handled via digital invoice — no cash, no surprises. The 22% gratuity is added to your final bill.
Yes — and this is one of the details guests love. Every guest at your event receives 10% off any retail bottles purchased that night. Included in every package at no extra charge.
Yes. Our private guided tastings can be hosted at Preservation or at your venue. Off-site events are subject to availability and a travel fee depending on location. Get in touch and we’ll work out the details.
Cancellations more than 14 days before your event receive a full deposit refund. Within 14 days, the deposit is forfeited. If you need to reschedule, reach out as early as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
