Folicello Bianco is a fresh, sweet-smelling, sapid and harmonic white natural wine characterized by a delightful floral scent, a blend of Montuni (50%), Pinot (25%), and Trebbiano (25%) grown organically. It's made with the Metodo Ancestrale technique, also known as Pet Nat. It's slightly cloudy, slightly sparkling, and completely delicious. It has many subtle flavors and textures: chalky-wet stone minerality, light-zesty citrus, beautiful jasmine and sage, and a soft creaminess.
