full story.Sparkling Pét-Nat cider made from 40% Dabinett, 26% Golden Russet, 16% Ashmead's Kernel, and 6% Porter's Perfection apples (organically grown from Harmony Orchards in Tieton, WA), along with 8% organic Gravenstein apples from Mendocino County, CA and 4% organic Newtown Pippin apples from Santa Cruz County, CA. Spontaneous fermentation; no additives (unfined, unfiltered). A lively cider that's sure to tantalize your taste buds. Label artwork by Christy Nemeh. Notes of pineapple and dried peach.
