Why Natural Wine?
Natural wine is more than just a trend – it’s a philosophy. Unlike conventional wines, which often rely on chemical pesticides, 100+ additives, and heavy-handed manipulation, natural wines are made with minimal intervention. That means organic or biodynamic farming practices in the vineyard, wild yeast fermentations, and little to no added sulfur in the cellar. The result? Vibrant, expressive wines that are alive with flavor and character.
For us, natural wine represents a commitment to sustainability, authenticity, and a deeper connection to the land. Serving natural wine is our way of celebrating the artisans who honor these values while offering our customers something that’s not only delicious but also thoughtfully made. Our Story
We’re a small team of wine enthusiasts excited to bring high-quality, totally crushable, and surprisingly affordable natural wines to the heart of Poulsbo. What began as a quest to find quality wine on the Kitsap Peninsula has grown into a space where we can share our passion with our community and the many visitors who wander through our charming town. We’re here to demystify natural wine and make it approachable, exciting, and, most importantly, fun.
