Brut Nature Saignee De Meunier Rose

Elegant champagne Lelarge Pugeot, "Rose de Saignee" Brut Nature, Champagne AOC is created from the assemblage of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir grape varieties. The grapes are harvested from the vines grown in the Premier Cru vineyards near the village of Vrini in the Montagne de Reims area, where organic viticulture practices are practiced. After harvest, the wort is infused on the skins for 32 hours to obtain an exquisite pinkish-red color and rich shades of red berries and fruits. Traditional vinification lasts 6 months in oak barriques and ends with a secondary fermentation in bottles, where the wine spends at least 4 years on the lees.
