Gently crafted with young-vine Ribolla Gialla, it's a refreshing, joyful, yet stilled detailed white, with honeycomb, white flowers, and depth of fruit driven to a classy finish. It strikes the perfect balance between lively acidity and the more exotic, savory elements that Ribolla is so known for. A perfect aperitif wine that can take you through the meal as well.
