Tsitska, which is believed to be among one of the oldest white grape varieties in western Georgia. Tsitska is a late ripening grape variety and is used primarily to make sparkling wine in Georgia. This sparkling pét-nat is the color of sun-kissed straw, with aromas of persimmon, honey and a dry finish of apricot and spice.
