Slightly cloudy medium greenish yellow, silver reflections. Fine yellow tropical fruit, a touch of herbal savouriness, delicately nutty, underlying candied orange zest. Juicy, medium-bodied, white peach fruit, mineral-lemon finish, kumquat residue in the aftertaste, salty, a lively, light-footed food companion.
