From Johan: Our Zweigelt grapes come from the northeast corner of our property. Once harvested, the grapes are fermented using exclusively native yeast (both primary and malolactic), with approximately 16% whole clusterfermentation. The wine was aged for 11 months in neutral French oak barrels (1x 500L puncheon and 4x 228L). The 2022 vintage is a collision of red raspberries, cherry blossoms, and black pepper–and is the perfect wine to chill on a hot summer afternoon and accompany your favorite wood-fired pizza!
