Valpolicella 2020 is a natural wine from Veneto produced by the Il Monte Caro. It is a wine obtained from the classic vines of Valpolicella: corvina, corvinone and rondinella, handpicked in a slightly overripe box, which undergoes aging in steel. The grapes come from an area that is a particular south-facing amphitheater called Valle di Mezzane, from plants of about 25 years that are born on a mountain of very hard white limestone. Valpolicella di Monte caro is a pleasant wine that identifies the area of ​​origin, well balanced between softness, alcohol and freshness.
