This bottle is likely the greatest beacon of Lambrusco potential this side of the river Po; 100% Lambrusco Ruberti with a nose of grape soda, black-berried fruits, dark chocolate, cocoa and BBQ char. Walks a wonderful sweet-tart line with ripping acidity keeping those big, juicy berry vibes on the straight-and-narrow, with a lovely bitter-herbal edge providing further balance to the sweetness of fruit.
