Che Casein is a play on the Italian word for what a mess, this wine falling squarely on the ‘is this a dark rose or a light red?’ continuum, this is a co-fermentation of Ruche, Nascetta, Neretta, Malvasia, Moscato, Ancellotta, Nebbiolo, Favorita, Grignolino, Dolcetto, Barbera, and Moscato d’Amburgo. Aged in stainless steel, it’s fresh, fruity, and pleasingly dry – glou glou with just enough backbone, loaded with wild raspberries and cherries.
