This rosé is made from Malbec, Merlot, and Tannat. Both direct pressing (destemmed and whole cluster grapes) and the saignée method is used. The wine undergoes a medium-length skin maceration and is fermented spontaneously with native yeast. Wine ages on the lees for 6 months in concrete vats and barrels. Gorgeous deep pink color with a bouquet of red fruits that jumps out of the glass. Mouth watering flavors of strawberry, watermelon, and thyme.
