The Bottle Shop
Browse over 500 bottles of natural wine, beer, and cider. Each label is hand-selected for quality, farming ethics, and the simple fact that we love drinking it. Whether you’re a seasoned enthusiast or just getting started, we’ll help you find something new to fall in love with.
The Wine Bar
Pull up a seat inside or out on our patio and explore our rotating by-the-glass menu. You’ll always find a fresh lineup of organic wines, ciders, and beer — plus a cozy food menu featuring cheese boards, pressed paninis, and other seasonal bites.
The Online Shop
Can’t make it to Poulsbo? No problem. We ship wine to most U.S. states, so you can enjoy our selection from the comfort of your home. The same care and curation that fills our shelves is behind every box that leaves our shop.
Why we do it
We started Preservation with one simple belief:
Good wine should connect people — to the land, to each other, and to something real.
Every bottle on our shelves represents a small act of preservation. We work with winemakers who farm organically, ferment naturally, and make wine that reflects where it comes from — not what a compromising market demands.
Our goal is to keep wine fun, thoughtful, and community-driven — whether that means helping you find your new favorite orange wine or introducing you to your neighbors over a flight on a Friday night.
