Alcoholic Beverages Sale Policy
Preservation Wines, LLC does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21. An adult signature (at least 21 years of age) will be required upon delivery of all shipments.
By using preservationwines.com you swear and affirm that you are over the age of 21. Preservation Wines, LLC makes every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not delivered to anyone who is under the age of 21.
By using Preservationwines.com you are acknowledging that the person receiving a shipment of alcoholic beverages from Preservation Wines, LLC is over the age of 21. You also agree that any alcohol purchased from Preservation Wines, LLC is intended for personal consumption and not for resale.
If you do not agree with these conditions of use please do not use this site. If you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to provide alcohol to a person under the age of 21 Preservation Wines, LLC will prosecute you fully to the extent allowable by law.

Purchasing wine from Preservation Wines, LLC is absolutely safe and secure. Preservation Wines, LLC uses the latest technology to keep your personal information safe.
Credit card transactions are handled by an accredited third-party financial institution, which receives credit card and other personal information for verification purposes and to process transactions.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

This Privacy Policy describes how Preservation Wines LLC (“Preservation Wines,” “we” or “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information, such as your name, address, phone number and email address. Updating Your Personal Information and Preferences; Opting Out. You can update your account information and preferences by logging into your account. To opt out of text or email marketing from us, follow the instructions in the text or email. Retention of Personal Information. Preservation Wines may keep your personal information as long as needed for the purposes in this Privacy Policy unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
Payment/Credit/Debit Card Transactions. The retailer fulfilling your order processes your payment, but we may collect the type, last four digits and expiration date of your credit or debit card number.
Invitations to Preservation Wines. If you invite someone to use the Service, you will need to provide their name and email address. Preservation Wines stores this information to send an invitation to them and track the results of the invitation referral. You may not provide the name or email address of anyone under 21 years of age.
Public Forums. Our Service includes public blogs and forums. To request removal of any personal information that appears in blogs or forums operated by Preservation Wines, contact us at preservationwineshop@gmail.com. If we can reasonably remove your personal information, we will, but we are not responsible for personal information or other information you post in public blogs and forums. If we cannot remove your personal information, we will let you know why.
Security. We use standard security practices such as encryption and firewalls to protect the information we collect from you. No security system is perfect, and we do not guarantee the security of your information. You are responsible for all actions taken in the name of your account, so use your discretion when providing information and managing your account. California Privacy Rights.
“Shine the Light” Law (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83). California residents may request certain information regarding the disclosure of their personal information to third parties for such third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Send these requests to preservationwineshop@gmail.com, with the subject line “California Resident Shine the Light Request”, and include your full name and address.
California Consumer Privacy Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100-1798.199). A California consumer has the following rights:
- The right to request Preservation Wines to disclose what personal information Preservation Wines is collecting about them and to request a copy of that information;
- The right to request Preservation Wines to disclose whether their personal information is sold or disclosed and to whom;
- The right to request Preservation Wines to opt them out of the sale of their personal information (to the extent Preservation Wines sells personal information about the consumer to third parties);
- The right to request Preservation Wines to delete their personal information; and
- The right to non-discrimination in the exercise of these rights.

Nevada Privacy Rights. Nevada consumers have the right to submit a request directing that we not sell certain covered information that we have collected or will collect about them. Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy (“Shipping Policy”) shall be read in conjunction with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Returns & Exchanges Policy that can all be found at preservationwines.com
- Do you ship to my state? Non-Washington residents accept all responsibility for determining if their state or county laws allow alcohol products to be shipped to their state or county.
- Purchase of Alcoholic Beverages. By placing your order, you have represented to Preservation Wines LLC that you are at least 21 years old and are giving 100% consent to Preservation Wines LLC to charge your credit card for the total amount of your order. You represent to Preservation Wines LLC that all items purchased on the Site are for personal consumption and not for resale. You will be charged sales tax, if any, as may be assessed by your State for the sale of alcoholic beverages; otherwise Washington sales tax will be assessed on the sale as Washington charges sales tax for anything sold in this State. You will also be responsible for any local taxes imposed by your State, if any.
- Title to Goods. Laws concerning the sale and shipping of alcoholic beverages are complex and vary from State to State. Accordingly, you will be the legal owner of the goods when your funds have been processed and received, and all or any holds have been cleared. Title to all alcoholic beverages purchased on this Site pass to you in the State of Washington when the goods are picked up by the common carrier.
- Shipping Laws. You are responsible for abiding by all State and local laws, rules, and regulations of your State pertaining to the receipt of alcoholic beverages from out of state. You additionally represent you have obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, are working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, and are legally entitled to take possession of the alcoholic beverages. You further represent you are legally entitled to take possession of the quantities ordered, and that you and the person accepting delivery of the alcoholic beverages are at least 21 years of age. By making a purchase on our website, you are asking us to appoint a common carrier and arrange for transportation on your behalf for the delivery of alcoholic beverages and any other purchased merchandise to you. By making use of this service from Preservation Wines LLC, you are acting in agreement with your local and State laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of alcoholic beverages. Accordingly, we make no representations or warranties concerning the legal requirements of shipping alcoholic beverages to your State; our Website merely provides a list of those States where common carriers have indicated their willingness to deliver alcohol. As such, you understand and acknowledge you are accountable and liable for compliance with all laws concerning such shipments to your State, and you further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Preservation Wines LLC, its agents, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, from any and all claims, demands, damages, liability whatsoever, whether in tort, contract, or otherwise, arising out of the shipment of alcoholic beverages to your State, including any and all claims that such shipment may violate any federal, state, or local regulation pertaining to the sale and shipment of alcoholic beverages.
- Change in Shipping Laws. Following the placement of any order, and prior to the goods being shipped, in the event the laws of your State change so as to make it illegal for you to import alcoholic beverages into your State, you may return the order for a full refund, provided however, you have submitted proof to Preservation Wines LLC, and its counsel, of regulations pertaining to such law changes. All returns must be made in accordance with Washington law and returns across state lines are not permitted. Once an order has shipped, title to the goods has passed to you in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein and no refund can be issued.
- Shipment Method and Delivery. Our products are shipped from Washington. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, destination, delivery method, & the adult-signature requirement (21+). All products delivered must be signed by an adult over the age of 21. Deliveries will not be left at any address or with any individual without such signature. You are responsible for checking your order immediately upon delivery. Items must be reported as missing or incorrect within three (3) business days from the date of delivery. In the event an incorrect item was shipped, you must submit a photo of the sealed bottle along with your receipt or order number in an email to Preservation Wines LLC.
- Failed Delivery Attempts. If you fail to receive your order after the allocated number of attempts of delivery under the shipping agency’s policies, and the product is sent back to Preservation Wines LLC, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
